Clinical Director of Perinatal Behavioral Health & Associate Professor, Children's National Hospital

Tracy Moran Vozar, Ph.D., IMH-E (IV-R), is a perinatal through five- focused clinical psychologist. She joined the Developing Brain Institute (DBI) at Children’s National Hospital in August 2022 as Clinical Director of Perinatal Behavioral Health. Dr. Vozar oversees the clinical program, which includes perinatal mental health screening, behavioral evaluations, care coordination, and individual and group therapy to expectant and postpartum women and their infants within a DC-wide network of birthing hospitals and federally qualified health centers. She is also an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the George Washington University. Dr. Vozar is licensed in Washington, D.C., Colorado, and across participating Psypact states.
