Sarah Belanger serves as an Early Childhood Advisor with Save the Children, a non-profit organization working to promote lasting change for children and families across the U.S. and internationally. Sarah has worked in KY for the majority of her long career, and for the past 20+ years, has focused on the Appalachian region of Eastern KY. She holds two Master’s degrees in Special Education and a bachelor’s in Elementary Education/Special Education.
