Monique B. Rouege, MBA, is the Owner and Director of Carlie Care Kids, a 4-Star childcare and pre-school center comprised of a diverse group of teachers and paraprofessionals dedicated to the physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth of children. In addition to coaching, Monique is also an advocate for Early Childhood Education in Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana Education Advisory Commission Board, where she lobbies for the interests of students throughout the state. In addition, she is the President of Childcare Coalition, a non-profit advocacy organization, a member of the Jefferson Parish Ready Start Network, and a member of the Jefferson Parish Core Leadership team.
