Mandy Lamb is the Director of Partnerships and Development for the Weitzman Institute, and is responsible for stakeholder and funder engagement for the organization and advancing Weitzman Institute’s research, education, and policy priorities. Mandy also serves as the Project Director for the Weitzman Institute’s Prescription for Play initiative in collaboration with the LEGO Group, a national program delivered by primary care providers during routine wellness exams to promote play in children 18-36 months. Mandy joined the Weitzman Institute’s Education Department in 2017, where she was responsible for overseeing the expansion and implementation of Weitzman’s Project ECHO® program, including the national Complex Integrated Pediatrics and Childhood Trauma programs. Mandy has also led multiple national medical education and telehealth initiatives in federally qualified health centers. She is proudest of her work that has focused on the advancement of pediatric and school base care. Prior to joining the Weitzman Institute, Mandy was a Research Associate for the Harvard Opinion Research Program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she developed and reported on public opinion polls on various domestic and international health topics, including attitudes on immunizations, infectious disease prevention, and health policy.
