She has over 15 years of experience in hands-on clinical and healthcare executive leadership spanning pediatric to geriatric care in primary care to quaternary care environments. Li Ern has a passion for cutting edge, value-based care, patient-centered outcomes, and an unequivocal commitment to integrity and quality in healthcare delivery and care team collaboration. Li Ern trained clinically at Washington University in St. Louis and the Medical College of Wisconsin and obtained her MS in Clinical Science at the University of Texas Southwestern.
