Lance Till, MS

Associate Director, James Bell Associates

Lance Till is an Associate Director with James Bell Associates (JBA). He has more than 19 years of experience in applied research, evaluation, and management of home visiting, early childhood, and maternal-child health programs. Till has contributed to local, state, and national evaluations of public health initiatives, evidence-based home visiting programs, and quality rating improvement systems. Till has 8 years of experience working with HealthySteps. He currently directs the HealthySteps Phase 2 project, where he oversees the development of research and implementation resources for the HealthySteps National Office. He previously led the HealthySteps Outcome Pilot Project and was the project manager for the HealthySteps Implementation and Outcome Study. In addition to his work on HealthySteps, Till leads JBA’s efforts on the Get Ready Guilford Initiative, developing logic models and establishing benchmarks for the Initiative’s prenatal to 3 components. He previously served as the JBA project director for the Early Childhood Systems Technical Assistance and Coordination Center and has supported a number of JBA’s home visiting projects. Prior to joining JBA in 2011, Till managed the Palm Beach County Healthy Beginnings System of Care and conducted research and evaluation on several Florida-based child and family development projects.
