Ms. Ulysse earned a Master of Public Health from Nova Southeastern University, with a special focus in Maternal/Child Health and Epidemiology. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami. Ms. Ulysse has worked on projects with the Florida Department of Health related to perinatal hepatitis B prevention and with the Healthy Start Coalition/March of Dimes towards improving preterm birth rates in disproportionately impacted communities. She joined The Children’s Trust in 2019 and supports the Research and Evaluation department in community research, strategic planning, and program design. She also provides content expertise for The Trust’s Thrive by 5 Early Childhood Development strategic investment area that focuses on creating high quality early childhood experiences to benefit children’s school readiness and later life success. Ms. Ulysse is an Equity Leaders Action Network (ELAN) Fellow with the BUILD Initiative and has a lead role in The Trust’s Social and Emotional and Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
