Received Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Michigan and Michigan state license in Psychology. Specialization in emotional impairment, mood disturbances in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Special interest in pediatric bipolar patterns in children. Published two books with Dr. Stanley Greenspan in Bipolar patterns in Children and Children and Babies with Mood Swings. Published peer reviewed articles in pediatric bipolar disorder. Currently in private practice in Arbor, Michigan, consulting with Head Start programs in California, home-visiting program with 0-3 age group in California, reflective supervision with law group in Seattle, Washington, teaching in Early Childhood/ Arts Education Program at Brooklyn College.
