Gayalene Spolarich joined the Minnesota Department of Human Services in January 2021 as the Family, Friend and Neighbor (FFN) Project Manager. This position would be her first time working with state government, with previous employment history primarily working in Indian Country in various capacities for over 20 years, serving as a city clerk for eleven years and also spending four years as a National VISTA Supervisor recruiting VISTA volunteers and Tribal Elder programs across the U.S. She is excited to bring her past experiences to this position as the FFN Project Manager to expand programming and networking across the state of MN and meeting everyone on the way.
