Jennifer Verbrugge oversees Minnesota’s Early Childhood Longitudinal Data System (ECLDS). Since 2019, she has led ECLDS development, growth, education, and data governance efforts, working collaboratively with Minnesota’s P-20W data system that spans from early childhood through workforce participation. Prior to 2019, she worked in and for Minnesota’s public library system.
