Avanthi is a Senior Evaluation and Program Manager with Cardea Services. Her work focuses on mixed-methods evaluations, providing evaluation capacity building, and facilitation support with a variety of community-based partners, public and private funders, and associations and system support organizations. Oriented around early childhood and adolescent social service supports provided through community-based initiatives, Avanthi finds the most exciting aspect of this work to be the opportunity to build relationships with incredible community partners and support research and evaluation processes that help communicate their impact.
